They are the favourable ones, and we are telling you that rather than letting the layout imply otherwise: the same profile also holds reviews from people who were unhappy with us. We have not published a star average, a review count or a badge, because a builder choosing which numbers to show you is not evidence of anything.

How we handle feedback
Why there is no average, no badge and no wall of quotes
Almost every builder’s website has a testimonials section, and almost none of them tell you anything, because no builder publishes the unflattering ones. A page of curated praise is not evidence — it is selection.
The four reviews above are real, verbatim and attributed, and they are also selection: they are the favourable ones. That is why this page stops there. There is no star average anywhere on this site, no “rated X on Google” badge and no review count, because those are the numbers a builder would be most tempted to present flatteringly and you have no way to check them from here.
RJ Castle Homes has been building in Wichita for decades, and across that time the independent record includes buyers who were delighted and people who had a genuine complaint. Both are real. If you are evaluating us, go and read the third-party review platforms directly — in full — rather than taking our word via four quotes we chose ourselves.
