Building in an established community means the lot, utilities, street access and neighbourhood standards are already resolved before you start. It removes a whole category of unknowns from the front of the project, and it usually shortens the gap between deciding to build and breaking ground.
Bringing your own land gives you more freedom over siting and setback, but the due-diligence work moves onto your side of the table: utilities, access, soil, drainage, and whatever the governing jurisdiction requires.
RJ Castle Homes does both. If you already own a lot in the Wichita metro, call and ask — whether we can take it depends on the lot and the current build schedule.
