7540 W Northwind St #300, Wichita, KS 67205
Wichita, Kansas
RJ Castle Homes builds in two named communities in the Wichita area: Casa Bella and Emerald Bay Estates. Both are covered in full below, including what makes each one different.
Where we build
Casa Bella and Emerald Bay Estates are genuinely different propositions — one is about building the house you want on an available lot, the other is increasingly about single-level, step-free living.
An RJ Castle Homes custom-home community in the Wichita area. Build on an available lot with a plan shaped around how you actually live, rather than buying whatever elevation happens to be up.
Emerald Bay Estates is in its newest phase and includes zero-entry homes — no step at the entry, built for step-free, single-level living. 4638 W Emerald Bay Ct. is a current example.
Community or your own lot?
RJ Castle Homes does both. If you already own a lot in the Wichita metro, call and ask — whether we can take it depends on the lot and the current build schedule.
In a community
Lot, utilities, street access and neighbourhood standards are already resolved, which shortens the front end of a build.
On your own land
More freedom over siting and setback — but utilities, access, soil and drainage move onto your side of the table.
The full six-stage process, from the first budget conversation to the final walkthrough.
Current listings, including homes in Emerald Bay Estates and Chalet Ridge.
Ask about lot availability in either community, or about a lot you already own.
Lot availability in Casa Bella and Emerald Bay Estates changes as phases sell. Call and we will tell you what is actually open right now.
